Terms of use

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of the kamp website and mobile apps (the “App”) provided by kamp (“we”). By opening an account you accept these terms. Your personal data is processed under the Privacy notice.

2. What the App offers

It brings together what travellers share about whether camp and caravan sites are open, what they cost and whether they suit vehicles. The information is based on user reports; the age and source of each piece of information is shown next to it. We do not guarantee that the information is correct, current or complete. Caravan suitability in particular is an estimate; before you set off, check the road, your vehicle’s dimensions and local rules yourself. For camping bans, fire season bans and local decisions, official announcements prevail.

3. Account

• You must be over 18.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secret.
• You can delete your account at any time with Settings › Delete account.

4. Your contributions

• Share only information you have seen, experienced or paid yourself. Do not copy data from other websites, guides or apps (e.g. Google Maps, park4night).
• You must own the photos you upload or have the right to share them; do not share other people’s faces or vehicle number plates without permission.
• The rights to your contributions remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, free, perpetual, transferable and sublicensable licence to show the information, prices, reviews and photos you send in the App, offer them to other users, process them for verification and reproduce them for these purposes. When you delete your account your reviews and photos are deleted; your fact and price reports remain, anonymised.
• Misleading information, fake prices, content praising your own business or disparaging a competitor, advertising and spam are prohibited.

5. Prohibited content and behaviour

Insults, hate speech, harassment, threats, obscenity, disclosing personal information, encouraging harm to protected natural areas, illegal activity, automated data collection (scraping) and attempts to undermine the App’s security are prohibited.

6. Moderation, reports and blocking

• You can report any content or user from within the App. Reports are reviewed by moderators; content that breaks the rules is hidden or removed, and accounts may be restricted or closed.
• You can block users.
• The reasons for moderation decisions are recorded; to appeal, write to kamp@sayfa.app.

7. Businesses

Businesses can claim campsites, update their official information and reply to reviews. Businesses cannot remove negative reviews; they can only report them for breaking the rules. Documents submitted for a claim are used only for verification.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from decisions you make based on user information, from road conditions, from services at campsites or from the behaviour of third parties.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; we announce important changes in the App. We may suspend or close your account if it is used against the rules.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in consumer transactions is reserved. Contact: kamp@sayfa.app.
